“Avers-Plast”  neutral  varnish  (Technical  Specifications  TU 20.30.12-010-58668926-2019), created  on  the  basis  of  soluble  fluorine-containing  polymers, is designed to produce  highly  effective  protective  coatings  on metals  from  corrosion, fiberglass, plastics, ceramics, wood, rubber, glass and other materials.

Varnish  is  one  of  the  best  dielectrics  used  in  electronics. It  possesses  the  most outstanding  properties  as  a dielectric for  high  and ultra-high frequency techniques. The dielectric properties of the varnish are practically independent of either frequency or temperature.

The temperature of the varnish from -80 ° C to + 280 ° C, with short-term exposure - up to + 380 ° C.

Coatings  based  on  this  varnish have high anticorrosive and protective properties, do not  swell  in  water. The varnish  is resistant to acidic  and  alkaline environments (98% nitric  acid, 37%  hydrochloric  acid,  50% acetic acid, 98% sulfuric acid, 90% phosphoric acid, 40%  sodium  hydroxide  solution),  as  well  as  resistant  to aggressive gases and vapors   containing  hydrogen    fluoride,   oxidizing    agents   and   other  aggressive components.

The  varnish  has  a  low    degree of crystallinity, and is one of the best moisture-proof varnishes.  The  moisture  permeability  of  coatings  from  it  is  30  times less than the moisture  permeability  of  polyethylene, 60  times  less than the moisture permeability of epoxy  varnishes. 

Varnish  coatings  have  good  anticorrosive, dielectric and optical properties,  and   weather  resistance.  It  has  a  very  low  coefficient  of  friction,    in comparison  with  other  plastics  and  polished  materials.

The  physicochemical   properties  of  the  the  varnish  can be used as coatings against snow sticking and  icicles formation. Roofs of metal, tile and other materials, varnished, on  a  fat-free  surface  will  not form an  increase in snow cover on the roofs, snow will immediately roll off or blow off with the wind.

Also,  varnish  can  be  effectively  used   to  protect  against  destruction  and  aging of historical  and  architectural  structures,  including  monuments.

It  completely  protects surfaces  from  moisture  and  other aggressive chemicals. The  surface of the varnish is easy  to  clean  even  with  water. This property of varnish  can  be  used  to  cover the surface of plumbing (sinks, toilets, bidets, etc.)
